Corporate & event henna stations in Montréal

Some of my favourite afternoons are the loud ones — a booth in the corner of a conference, a table at a summer market, a work party where people wander over one by one and leave with a little something on their hand. I bring the whole station to you: the seat, the tools, the fresh skin-safe paste, and an easy, unhurried welcome for every guest. You book the hours; I keep the line moving and let the stain tell its story.

What a station day looks like

I arrive early and set up on my own — a small footprint, a comfortable spot for guests to sit, and everything I need already in my kit. That means the tools, the fresh paste, and designs sized to keep the line moving: little florals, a cuff, a quick vine along a wrist. Guests get something clean and pretty in a few minutes, so nobody waits long and the mood stays light. You just point me to a corner with a bit of table space.

Booking, hours, and the quote

Stations are booked by the hour, and I price each event once we've talked through two things: how long you'd like me there, and roughly how many guests you're expecting. Send me your date through the request form and I'll reply by email with availability and a quote — proper invoicing included, so it's easy for a company to process. A deposit holds the date and the balance is due on the day. For festivals, markets, and busy seasons, a few weeks' notice gives us the best shot at the date you want.

Paste that's kind to every guest

At a public table you meet every kind of skin, so I keep it gentle. My natural paste is just henna powder, lemon, a little sugar, and skin-safe oils — soft enough for kids and sensitive skin. I also offer artificial colours and a safe black with no PPD in it, ever; I never touch the chemical “black henna” that gives henna a bad name. The stain comes up orange at first and settles into a deep maroon-brown over a day or two, then lasts a week or two — so guests carry a bit of the day with them for a while.

Common questions

How much space do you need?
Very little. A small table and two chairs in a corner is plenty — one for me, one for the guest — and I bring everything else. A spot near a bit of foot traffic but out of the crush is the sweet spot.
How many guests can you do in an hour?
It depends on the designs. For a station I keep them small and quick — a flower, a cuff, a little wrist vine — so the line keeps moving and nobody's stuck waiting. When you tell me your headcount and how many hours you'd like, I'll give you an honest sense of how many guests we can comfortably fit, and we can add hours if you're expecting a crowd.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes — events are always on-site. I come to your office, venue, market, or festival. I regularly serve Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, and Dollard-des-Ormeaux on the West Island. Send me the address with your date and I'll confirm it works.
Can we get a proper invoice for the company?
Absolutely. I invoice properly so it's simple for a company to process, with a deposit to hold the date and the balance due on the event day. Just let me know if you need anything specific on the invoice — a PO number, a billing contact — and I'll set it up.

Tell me about your event and I'll reply with dates and a quote.
